Spearheaded by our accomplished Litigation practice and complimented by our Conveyancing and Banking, Corporate Commercial as well as Construction and Energy practices, ZMM is a one stop legal solutions provider. In addition, we also enthusiastically promotes the usages of Foundation Laws in Malaysia through the Labuan Foundations Act 2010.
Ab Initio
It all fittingly began with a circle of friendship amongst three course mates seeking legal qualification at one of the most distinguished law schools in the land. With law degrees in hand and armed with their respective accomplishments and experiences, Muhd Zain Muhd Yusuf, Datuk Megat Abdul Munir and Abdul Murad Che Chik then decided to embark on a shared path as Founding Partners of Messrs. Zain Megat & Murad or ZMM.
This fellowship of Founding Partners and the added leadership of Senior Partners, Alan Wong Teck Wei and Andrew Heng Yeng Hoe, who leads the Litigation and Construction & Energy Practice Group respectively, have spearheaded the firm’s assured growth and continuous winning performances. In 2023, the partnership expanded by welcoming 5 additional Partners in Roger Leong Chun Lim, Mohd Shahir Md Tahir, Muhammad Asyraf Abd Aziz, Nurhidayah Mohd Puzi and Adi Farris Abdul Murad.
Since its inception, ZMM’s stable of lawyers, staff numbers and clientele have been steadily increasing across its three offices; namely, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam. In 2023, ZMM expanded northwards by opening an office in Alor Setar, Kedah Darul Aman.
Accordingly, its formidable reputation has been forged in the areas of Litigation, Corporate & Commercial, Conveyancing & Banking as well as Construction & Energy.
ZMM have also established their reputation in the area of Legacy Continuity, in particular Foundation Laws and other forms of estate planning and asset protection.
