As the principal founder of the firm, Muhd Zain brings a wealth of experience gained throughout his years in legal practice as well as his twenty year “sojourn” with the Royal Malaysian Police Force. He leads the Subang Jaya branch of ZMM and focuses on Conveyancing and Banking, with a healthy involvement in Litigation matters, Criminal Law issues as well as Corporate Legal work for a number of leading banks. He has been appointed by the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board as a member of the Disciplinary Committee.

Muhd Zain was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1995 after the completion of his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Comparative Laws at International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). He was attached to the public listed Konsortium Perkapalan Berhad as Manager for Special Services. In 1999 he left the Konsortium and set up the practice, subsequently entering into partnership with founding partners Megat Abdul Munir and Abdul Murad Che Chik.

An avid golfer, Muhd Zain is presently in the elected member of the Management Committee of ‘Kelab Golf Negara Subang’ and has a mean handicap of 14.
