Atiqah is an Associate in the Construction & Energy as well as the Litigation practice group in ZMM Kuala Lumpur. She graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2021 and commenced her pupillage at Zain Megat & Murad in the same year under the tutelage of Datin Nik Haslinda bt Nik Mohd Hashim. During her pupillage days, she was exposed to litigation, conveyancing as well as corporate matters before being called to the Bar in 2022.

Atiqah has assisted in adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA) and arbitration proceedings pursuant to the Arbitration Act 2005. She has also been involved in various construction-related litigations at the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. In addition, she handles civil litigation matters involving land and banking disputes. Committed to developing her interest and expertise, Atiqah has also contributed to the firm’s corporate work, believing that a well-rounded legal career requires diverse skills and knowledge.

Outside of work, Atiqah enjoys reading, cooking, and baking — especially for her loved ones. She has also developed an interest in Pilates and enjoys playing netball with her friends in her free time.
