Yasmin is part of ZMM’s Corporate & Commercial as well as the Conveyancing & Banking teams. Yasmin handles various corporate and conveyancing documentation in relation to real estate matters involving developers, companies, individuals and financial institutions.

Yasmin prepares and vets legal documentation and provides ongoing advisory services to clients over various matters involving land development, commercial banking and general commercial interest.Further, she also carries out due diligence exercises and assists in numerous corporate exercises.

Yasmin obtained her Bachelor of Law at MARA University of Technology (UiTM) and was called to the Kuala Lumpur Bar on 2014.

On a personal note, Yasmin enjoys travelling, cooking and is a movie aficionado.
