Roger is a partner at ZMM and specializes in the areas of construction and engineering. He represents clients in both Arbitration as well as Adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA). Apart from Arbitration and Adjudication, Roger also regularly appears in the Civil Courts for various construction related litigations, including injunction applications as well as enforcement / resisting enforcement of awards.

Apart from his construction practice, Roger also regularly represents clients in the Industrial Court and handles Judicial Review applications arising from Housing Tribunal Awards.

He provides litigation and advisory services to clients, manages civil suits, prepares for and acts as counsel and/or assists lead counsel at all levels of the Malaysian courts.

A graduate of the University of London and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2008, Roger has also successfully completed the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) Certificate in Adjudication Course in 2020.

Roger is a motorsport enthusiast. One of the highlight of his motorsport foray is achieving an eight placing (out of 56 teams) in the Sepang S1000 Endurance Race.
